About us
The Guardsmen is a group of Bay Area men mobilizing their significant talents and resources to enhance and improve the lives of children from under-resourced communities in the Bay Area. This all-volunteer organization, founded in 1947, provides access to high-quality educational and outdoor activities for these children.
Our mission
The Guardsmen makes a life-changing difference in the lives of children from under-resourced communities in the Bay Area by raising funds for scholarship, campership and other youth programs. We mobilize the talents, energy and resources of our members, friends, families, and professional colleagues, and in so doing strengthen our entire community.
